Byproducts of Happiness

When you minimize the amount of stress in your life, it’s amazing what follows.

I used to be shackled by Anxiety. I would become so overwhelmed by things I’d experience mood swings and hardly be able to eat a thing. I could sit for hours at a time just worrying about things and not being productive at all.

All of that has since changed.

I still experience Anxiety on occasion, but panic attacks are few and far in between. Not only do I eat 3 meals a day, I eat large portions. I’m proud to say that I no longer have trouble finishing my meals. When I focused on it, I was actually surprised I could eat so much. I decided to weigh myself, and was amazed and excited to see my results.

The number on the screen was 119 lbs.

When I told my sister, she was surprised as well. She actually clapped for me.

I have to say, swing dancing is a large reason why I have transformed. It feels great to have a hobby that I love as well as getting the chance to meet wonderful people. Another reason for my transformation would be that I broke up with my boyfriend. Not having to deal with a relationship that had a lot of religious conflict is great.

Overall, I’m a happy camper.

Readers, what changes have you noticed in your lives once you eliminated large amounts of stress?
