Start imagining the different horrible ways I could run into my ex.

Check Facebook, my email, text messages…

Start daydreaming about dancing.

My mind is basically on overdrive. All. The. Time.

Why do I need to be entertained all the time?

Put my phone on airplane mode so I can’t be distracted anymore.

And deciding to be fully committed to my studies. I’ll probably watch a dancing video after I finish reviewing this next chapter to take a break. But just one or two, nothing more. I have to stay accountable since I told you guys, right?

How do you manage to stay on task?
