I’ve been feeling pretty anxious lately. What helps me personally is writing lists. Can you relate?
Exercising is a great way to fight with anxiety, suffering mildly my self at the moment we run martial arts program to help people to fight back.

Yes. I often plan out things which helps me not worry or read my Bible and pray or write all of my worries and realize how little they are and how big I made them in my mind… I think just used 5 conjugations in one sentence…. 😂 my grammar needs some work..
